Jupiter Administration Limited provides a full range of offshore company administration services and through its subsidiary, Jupiter Trustees Limited, also provides offshore trustee administration services.

Jupiter is associated with the audit accountancy practice of Stafford Challis & Co., Chartered Accountants, who provide book keeping and accounting services to Jupiter’s clients.

Our strength lies in our ability to provide a cost effective and flexible service whilst meeting our clients’ specific needs. We believe this can only be achieved through the continuity of experienced and qualified personnel offering a professional and personal service.

Jupiter operates from its own suite of offices at Longue Hougue House in St Sampson, Guernsey and is managed on a day to day basis by a board of directors comprising:

• Stan Challis: a Trust and Estate Practitioner and a Chartered Accountant with nearly 40 years business experience in the accountancy profession, industry and fiduciary related work and who is a partner in Stafford Challis & Co.
  
• Hilary Stokes: a Chartered Accountant who has over 20 years experience in the finance industry and accounting profession
  
• Ray Bushell: a partner in Stafford Challis & Co., who is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years professional experience
  
• Chris de Putron: a Trust and Estate Practitioner who has over 10 years experience in offshore trust and company administration

Jupiter Administration Limited and Jupiter Trustees Limited are licensed and regulated by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission to conduct fiduciary business under The Regulation of Fiduciaries, Administration Businesses and Company Directors, etc. (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2000. Jupiter Trustees Limited also holds a Protection of Investors License under the Protection of Investors (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 1987 (as amended).
