Jupiter Administration Limited

Jupiter Administration Limited was incorporated in Guernsey in January 2000 to take over the company administration services that had, since 1987, been undertaken by the associated business of Stafford Challis and Co., Chartered Accountants. In February 2002, it received a full fiduciary licence from the Guernsey Financial Services Commission.

Jupiter Administration provides the following services:

• Incorporation and provision of companies in most offshore jurisdictions including (but not limited to) Guernsey and the British Virgin Islands
• Providing a registered office for Guernsey companies
• Providing Directors (corporate or individual), Company Secretary and Nominee Shareholders
• Attending to secretarial and statutory matters and arranging for Board and Shareholder Meetings
• General company administration and management including (but not limited to) the operation of bank accounts, invoicing and dealing with payments and book-keeping
• Preparation of annual and management accounts specific to clients’ requirements.
